PLEASE NOTE Survey / inspection on the site £90.00 Treatments and (Proofing are separate costs) The purpose of the survey is to determine the extent of the infestation problem reported and the work that needs to be done to resolve it. The treatment alone may not be sufficient to eradicate the infestation in its entirety if sufficient proofing (blocking of holes, where rodents/pests may be entering any property) does not follow. Proofing will be recommended by the Technician on site only when it is required. The cost of the survey does not include the cost of proofing which is at an additional cost. The technician will advise of this when conducting the survey. If the client does not give permission for proofing work to be carried out when recommended the treatment applied will not be completely affective. Payment: Must be made in full, on completion of works carried out. The technician must be paid before leaving your property, and not anytime thereafter. For Rodent, Mouse, Rat, Squirrel treatments only. Charges include a full survey, inspection, and laying of bait boxes. The standard fees apply. Monday to Friday: £218.00 / 2 on-site visits £318.00 / 3 on-site visits Call out (Survey inspection £90) Saturday to Sunday and Public Holidays: 2 in-site visits £308.00 £308.00 / Night premium charges applicable between the hours of 19:00hrs to 06:30hrs. There is no vat charge. Where proofing is required, quotes can only be given to the customer after a full onsite survey and inspection has taken place. The technician will only proceed with any work required once the quote has been accepted, and the customer confirms agreement to proceed with the work on receipt of that quote. Please note that if it transpires that further work is required outside what was initially agreed, the technician will make this clear, where there may be an additional charge. |
